The Summit/Collectables
The Summit features 47 red strawberries and a golden strawberry. Additionally, a crystal heart and a cassette tape can be found. This page is a guide on how to obtain all the collectables hidden within.
Crystal Heart[edit | edit source]
The Summit houses the hardest-to-find crystal heart in the game. You will need to collect 6 gems, one in each subchapter: Start, 500 M, 1000 M, 1500 M, 2000 M, and 2500 M. Once you collect all, you can access the crystal heart in a hidden room near flag 28 of 3000 M.
Gem 1[edit | edit source]
The very first gem can be found during the Start subchapter, in the last room. Right before you take the final Badeline Booster to 500 M, go all the way right to find the first gem.
Gem 2[edit | edit source]
The second gem can be found at 500 M. Go left in the third room, then right past strawberry 6. Near the end of the next room, head down the small crack into the floor to find yourself in the gem room.
This gem is a reference to the last of the order from Towerfall.
Gem 3[edit | edit source]
The third gem can be found at 1000 M, in the center path past the fifth room. Dash through the second dream block into the next room. There is a smashable wall leading into the large and open gem room, requiring you to trigger three touch switches scattered around the room with three moving dream blocks.
Gem 4[edit | edit source]
The fourth gem can be found at 1500 M. Near the end of the seventh room, you can find a hidden path leading to the gem room, which requires timing to dash through moving dust bunnies.
The gem is a reference to the turncloak soldier from Towerfall.
Gem 5[edit | edit source]
The fifth gem can be found at 2000 M. Get to the second room and head left to find a large pit. Go straight up above the spikes to reveal a place to stand on. Then dash left into the next room, from there go under and around the stalactite then straight up to find another place to stand. From there, head left and up, exiting the room from the top to reach the gem room. Leaving it requires riding the move block.
This gem is a reference to the assassin prince from Towerfall.
Gem 6[edit | edit source]
The sixth and final gem can be found at 2500 M. Take the first Red Booster and head left, smashing through the wall (or just dash into the left wall). Then, take another Red Booster right, smashing through the walls. Stay in the bubble until it crashes, then head up into a long horizontal room. Complete it to find the final gem.
This gem is a reference to the ancient exile from Towerfall.
Collecting the Crystal Heart[edit | edit source]
Once you have collected all 6 gems, you can access the Crystal Heart at 3000 M, found just right of flag 28 behind a wall with a small gap beneath.
Cassette Tape[edit | edit source]
The cassette is in the fourth checkpoint, 1500M, in its fifth room. An opening can be seen on the ceiling, which leads to the cassette room.
Strawberries[edit | edit source]
Start[edit | edit source]
There are 4 strawberries in this subchapter (excluding the golden strawberry that spawns in the first room).
Strawberry 1[edit | edit source]
In the third room, dash into a gap in the spinners to access the berry room. In it, you can grab the berry immediately, but then you have to navigate a room full of spinners to find a safe space to collect it.
Strawberry 2 & 3[edit | edit source]
In the fifth room, dash into the enclave in the ceiling at the end platform to find the room with two berries. For the left berry, dash up to a spring launching you into a wall, then use your 2 dashes to grab it and land back on the platform to collect it. For the right berry, dash up and walljump your way into a Dash Refill, then drop down to grab the berry and dash onto the starting platform to collect it.
Strawberry 4[edit | edit source]
In the sixth room, this strawberry is hovering above spinners, requiring you to dash above some platforms with spikes. Once you pick it up, complete the rest of the room (or return to its beginning) to collect it.
500 M[edit | edit source]
There are 6 strawberries in this subchapter.
Strawberry 5[edit | edit source]
In the third room, this berry requires you to dash left after jumping off the zip mover and land on another one. Wait for it to return, then jump up to collect the berry and either return to the platform you started or continue on the alternate path.
Strawberry 6[edit | edit source]
To the left of the fifth strawberry's location, a small bridge is seen on the left wall. Beyond it is a hidden passage to another room with this berry. After walking off the jumpthrough, dash left into the zip mover. Ride it up and fling Madeline upward, then dash left and reach the wall. Jump off the wall and ride the other zip mover to reach the wall, climb it, and collect the berry.
Strawberry 7[edit | edit source]
This berry is found at the end of the first room in the alternate path. Ride the zippers up, then bounce on the spring to reach and collect this berry.
Strawberry 8[edit | edit source]
This winged berry is at the right of the fourth room on the main path. Use the spring to launch Madeline right and dash to go over the platform where the berry is, intercepting it while it is flying away.
Strawberry 9[edit | edit source]
In the eighth room, this Strawberry hovers around some falling platforms. Make the left block fall and then climb up the wall to grab this berry. Then, make the rightmost block fall and use the spring attached to it to reach the end of the room and collect the berry.
Strawberry 10[edit | edit source]
In the final (ninth) room, this berry is hiding beyond the Badeline Booster at the end. Skip it, then climb the walls on the right until you find a hole that leads to the area with this berry.
1000 M[edit | edit source]
There are 6 strawberries in this subchapter.
Strawberry 11[edit | edit source]
This berry is located to the left of the fourth room. To collect it, use two Dream Blocks to grab the berry. To get back, dash into the first dash refill, then dash up and right twice to reach the second. Then, dash into the wall, dash up and left into the dream block, and use your dashes to get back to safe ground.
Strawberry 12[edit | edit source]
To the right of the fifth room, dash up diagonally through the Dream Block, grab the strawberry, then dash down diagonally to collect it.
Strawberry 13[edit | edit source]
This berry is behind the fake wall hidden on the left path. Dash directly right into the dream block adjacent to the right wall.
Strawberry 14[edit | edit source]
This strawberry is at the right of the seventh room. Dash to the left wall and do an up-right dash followed by an up-left dash to get up the dream blocks. Then fall down, avoiding some spikes, to reach and collect the berry.
Strawberry 15[edit | edit source]
In the eighth room, this strawberry is above the second dream block in a suspicious hidden area reached by dashing left over the spikes above.
Strawberry 16[edit | edit source]
This berry is found just after the final Badeline Booster in an oddly textured smashable wall.
1500 M[edit | edit source]
There are 8 strawberries in this subchapter.
Strawberry 17[edit | edit source]
This berry is found in the first room of 1500M. It requires difficult timing to dash past 3 Dust Bunnies on the way to this berry.
Strawberry 18[edit | edit source]
This berry is found in a hole in the third room between some Dust Bunnies. After falling down, use timing to navigate some more dust bunnies and a sinking platform to collect.
Strawberry 19[edit | edit source]
This strawberry is hidden below the Strawberry 18 room, accessible by falling into a hole between some Dust Bunnies. To collect it, activate four touch switches so a platform blocking the strawberry can move. A good way to do this is to activate the touch switches from left to right. It is important not to touch too many walls, as they all have Dust Triggers on them, which will make it impossible to touch the same wall twice. It is also important to conserve your dash and stamina when possible.
Strawberry 20[edit | edit source]
Found in the fifth room, this strawberry is in the middle at the bottom around many dust bunnies. Stand on the jumpthrough below, dash right into the berry, and then quickly dash left and grab the wall. Climb it to reach safety and claim the strawberry.
Strawberry 21[edit | edit source]
In the sixth room, this berry is near a circling dust bunny and the dash refill. Once you grab the berry, replenish your dashes with the dash refill. Then, complete the room to collect it.
Strawberry 22[edit | edit source]
This berry is found to the left of the eighth room. Dash up-left as soon as the first dust bunny moves towards the right. After collecting the first dash refill, dash up-left then straight up, where drifting to the left should allow you to make it past the second dust bunny, where you must collect another dash refill and dash past the dust bunny, into the strawberry. Finally, use the spring to launch yourself back to the starting platform.
Strawberry 23[edit | edit source]
This berry is found beneath a smashable wall at the end of the eighth room. To collect it, drop down from the starting platform, dash right, then dash up. Repeat this, collect the berry, then immediately dash up to hit the spring. Dash left twice to get back to the starting platform.
Strawberry 24[edit | edit source]
In the tenth room, there is a gap in the ceiling leading to the room with this winged berry. To collect it, use the springs while avoiding the Dust Bunnies. At the end, dash to the final spring, then twice more to get to the room where you can intercept and collect this berry.
2000 M[edit | edit source]
There are 8 strawberries in this subchapter.
Strawberry 25[edit | edit source]
Above the second room, a small gap in the ceiling is seen on the left side. By going into the left screen transition and dashing up back to the second room, you can get into this gap. In it is a room filled with some pink clouds and spinners. Jump right after you land on the pink clouds to not be bounced into the spinners and you can easily make it to the end of this room where the strawberry floats.
Strawberry 26[edit | edit source]
Found in the fifth room, this strawberry floats at the far-right side below the ending bridge. To get to it, get to the left ledge just below and dash straight right, then straight up and hold onto the wall. Climb high and wait for a snowball to come at you, then jump onto it or let it hit you from below and then dash straight right twice to climb the right wall and collect this berry.
Strawberry 27[edit | edit source]
Found in the seventh room, this is one of the trickiest berries to collect in the game. Ride the triggered platform up for a bit and then after passing the crumble block, you'll need to precisely stall in the air and eventually dash into the dash refill at the same time the triggered platform is there. Jump off and then dash straight up into the strawberry, then repeat this process again when the triggered platform arrives. Finally, you'll need to do a dash straight up and then straight to the right to land back on the triggered platform and, by finishing the room, collect the strawberry.
Strawberry 28[edit | edit source]
In the eighth room, you can go to the left transition to find a room with this winged strawberry. By jumping from the right ledge, you can make it the left floating platform. Jump to the right and climb to the top of the right floating platform before jumping all the way to the left. With a straight left dash, then a quick straight up dash, you can catch the Winged strawberry before it flies away.
Strawberry 29[edit | edit source]
In the room of the previous strawberry, a smashable wall is seen on the ceiling which leads to another room with a strawberry. However, this is strawberry 6, not 5. Above the room is yet another secret berry room, accessed by leading the guided platform at the start to the left and riding it to the top transition of the screen. The room that follows is a seeded strawberry challenge. Like seen in Chapter 4's seeded strawberry, once you collect a seed the wind will start to blow to the left. Go to the top-right of the screen and dash into the nearby seed. Fall down into the dash refill, where you'll then diagonally dash up-left and jump constantly up the wall (to save stamina) and at the top, move right to collect the next seed. Jump off this wall and onto the right side of the floating platform, then jump over it and go to the left to climb the left wall into the final seed.
Strawberry 30[edit | edit source]
This berry is located below the room of the previous strawberry, as well as above the room of strawberry 4. In this room you need to first approach the guided platform by doing a straight-up dash and then a straight-right dash. Guide this guided platform to the right as it goes up and fall into the green bubble. Direct that green bubble up-right and then a straight up and straight right dash can get you to the other green bubble. For this one, launch it straight upward and then fall down and dash right in the gap of the spinners to reach the berry.
Strawberry 31[edit | edit source]
Found in the ninth room, this strawberry will be very straightforward to collect. As you're being carried to the right by the wind, you can see this strawberry in a small gap of spinners, so dash straight into it and then up-right to get into the green bubble and complete the room normally from there.
Strawberry 32[edit | edit source]
Found in the eleventh room, this strawberry has a familiar method of reaching it as some prior subchapters. At the end of the room where the Badeline booster would take you to the next subchapter, avoid the purple orb and dash to the right underneath it into the suspicious cracked wall with no spinners on it. Hidden in this area is a strawberry.
2500 M[edit | edit source]
There are 8 strawberries in this subchapter.
Strawberry 33[edit | edit source]
By riding the first red bubble left (or just dashing into the smashable wall it breaks), you can reach a room with this strawberry. Stand on the bridge above and dash onto the floor, then quickly run off the bridge and land in the red bubble. Take it left and, as soon as you reach the wall, jump right and grab the swap block. Let go right as it arrives back on the top and you'll be flung into the air. With both of your dashes in the section above, you can dash to the left and get the berry, then dash back to the right and claim it.
Strawberry 34[edit | edit source]
Found in the first room, this strawberry is found in the middle of the room under the usual red bubble path. Dash straight down into the gap of the spikes when passing it in the red bubble, then dash diagonally up-right to land on the disappearing platform. Jump up and do an upward, then diagonally up-right dash out of the area to another disappearing platform, then dash to get into the nearby red bubble.
Strawberry 35[edit | edit source]
This berry is found in the same room as the key above the fifth room, just on the left side instead of the right. Take the red bubble path two rooms below on the left to get to the strawberry's location.
Strawberry 36[edit | edit source]
At the start of the sixth room, ride the first red bubble straight up to reveal a hidden path above. This strawberry is found at the end of the first room you enter above a disappearing platform. First, you should make your way to the spring on the right and try to grab the wall above it. When the swap block is about halfway back to its original position, bounce on the spring and hold onto the swap block. From there, you can dash to the berry.
Strawberry 37[edit | edit source]
After finishing the room of the previous strawberry's location, two more rooms have to be completed. For the first room, carefully time jumping and dashing up into dash switches while avoiding blades, then do it again with springs. The strawberry is located in the second room after. The first challenge in the room just has you dashing on a swap block and launching yourself forward by jumping right after. Then, you'll need some careful dash timing around some blades.
Strawberry 38[edit | edit source]
Found in the twelfth room, this strawberry is located in a hidden area near the middle of the room. Below the swap block which is meant to launch you up to the last two swap blocks, a hidden passage is revealed by entering from the left side.
Strawberry 39[edit | edit source]
Right by the red bubble which you ride up into the purple orb, a few secret areas are located. To the top-left of the red booster, a dash switch is found. To the top-right of the red booster, a temple gate that opens from that dash switch is seen and it protects another dash switch. To the bottom-right of the red bubble, this strawberry is found behind a temple gate which the top-right dash switch unlocks.
Strawberry 40[edit | edit source]
To the bottom-left of the red bubble at the end of the twelfth room, the wall will reveal a hidden section with this strawberry.
3000 M[edit | edit source]
There are 7 strawberries in this subchapter.
Strawberry 41[edit | edit source]
Amid flag 26's platforming, this strawberry can be seen floating under a platform. To get it, simply dash right into it and then straight up and touch the close-by dash refill to continue onward and claim it.
Strawberry 42[edit | edit source]
At the end of flag 24, a strawberry is seen to the left of where flag 23 would be entered. From the crumble block below, jump to the left and dash leftward, then start to climb the wall. At the top of the wall, do a jump to the right to get the strawberry and get over the spikes, then dash right to land on the crumble block, then get to safety.
Strawberry 43[edit | edit source]
Near the start of flag 21, this berry is seen above the normal path around some spikes. Bounce off the spring and dash straight up to climb up the right side of the thin floating platform. Jump and dash into the strawberry, then jump back left. Finally, jump over the floating platform and keep going left to make it back to the flag.
Strawberry 44[edit | edit source]
To the left of flag 18, there is a section with a lot of spinners and this strawberry. To reach the berry, do a full bounce up from the cloud nearby and move left, over the spinners. Using your two dashes, carefully time boosting yourself up and reaching the strawberry while not touching the spinners. Afterward, fall into the dash refill and make your way back to the cloud.
Strawberry 45[edit | edit source]
There's a strawberry hovering to the bottom-right of flag 16. Do a diagonal dash into the strawberry after falling down from the bridge, then diagonally dash the other direction and wrap Madeline around the thin section of the wall to grab onto the left side and climb back up to safety.
Strawberry 46[edit | edit source]
To the left of flag 15, beyond the tall wall of spinners, this berry is floating near the left wall. Do a full jump and then dash diagonally up-left over the spinners to make it to the strawberry, then climb the wall and dash diagonally up-right back over the spinners.
Strawberry 47[edit | edit source]
This strawberry is hovering above the main path of flag 4, but it's recommended to make it to flag 3 as a breather point before going for this berry. A feather is needed to get to the area where this strawberry is. If going for this berry while completing flag 4, the feather utilized there can be brought upward to allow you to reach the small disappearing platform; if going for the berry after saving at flag 3, the feather found right above can be brought down and to the left to give you access to the area. Jump up on the small disappearing platform, dash diagonally up-left over the block of spinners, and grab the left side of the floating platform. From there, you can just jump to the disappearing platforms to the left and reach the strawberry, then ride the feather below onward normally and you can claim the strawberry when you land.
