The 2020 Celeste Spring Community Collab (2020 Spring Collab) is one of the biggest Celeste collabs. It was released on September 9, 2020, and has been downloaded over 200,000 times. It comprises 93 maps (including heartsides) over 5 lobbies, each with a different difficulty. Over 100 people were involved in the making, lasting about 8 months.
The collab is split into five difficulties: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert, and Grandmaster, each with its lobby and maps. The maps end with collecting a Mini Heart (a small Crystal Heart). When all maps of a lobby are completed, a Heart Gate (located near the lobby's spawnpoint) unlocks, revealing the lobby's Heartside. Upon completing it you can claim the Crystal Heart.
The Spring Collab was the first to feature gyms and difficulty-based lobbies. The Spring Collab's difficulty scale was accepted as the standard and is now used in most collabs, most notably the Strawberry Jam Collab.
