For those whom desire it, the self-proclaimed experts at Wikipedia have an article about HotCat.

HotCat is a gadget that helps editors easily remove, change, and add categories to Celeste Wiki pages. Currently, only registered users with at least 1 edit can use HotCat.

To add a category to a page, press the (+) button and type its name.

To add categories, press (+) and type the name of the category. It has a suggestions list that will propose existing categories for auto-completion. To remove a category, press (-) near the category you want to remove. Note that this only works with manually added categories, and you cannot remove a category added there with transclusions.
