Freeze frames

Freeze frames are a mechanic of Celeste designed to make interactions feel more impactful. After Madeline dashes or interacts with a specific entity, Madeline, the timer, and all entities except cassette blocks freeze for a couple of frames:
- Starting a dash, collecting a refill, and exiting a dream block all give 3 freeze frames (0.05s).
- Bouncing off a bumper, exploding a pufferfish, and getting boosted by a respawning seeker all give 6 freeze frames (0.1s).
- Bouncing on a seeker gives 9 freeze frames (0.15s).
Dashing has one additional frame where Madeline is stationary but everything else is moving. Starting a dash in a dash refill only gives freeze frames from the dash and not from collecting the refill. The Extended Variant Mode mod allows disabling freeze frames, making the game faster and more fluid.
