Monika's D-Sides pack is the oldest and by far most popular D-Sides mod, adding a D-Side of every Celeste chapter. These D-Sides are long and difficult versions of the base game's chapters with their own spin on things. While they can be played directly after the C-Sides, they are far more difficult than anything in the base game, with 1-3D being considered Advanced and 4-8D being considered Expert. Aside from the D-Sides themselves, the mod also contains Final Goodbye, a very long Farewell D-Side with new music, the Dark-Sides, which are slightly more difficult and gimmicky versions of the D-Sides, and the D-Sides Museum, which contains older D-Sides considered to be lower in quality. The mod and its maps have received several updates since its release in 2018, with the major updates adding the non-D-Side features and overhauling existing maps.

Forsaken City D-Side[edit | edit source]
Forsaken City's D-Side is relatively short and tight compared to the rest of the D-Sides. This may be to deter some players who would find the D-Sides in general overly challenging.

Celestial Resort D-Side[edit | edit source]
The Celestial Resort's D-Side is one of the more distinct D-Sides, being relatively easy compared to other D-Sides and having its own music (a remix of Good Karma). It is mostly known for it's very interesting and high-quality gameplay starting from the second subchapter.

Final Goodbye is the Farewell D-Side, though it features far more than simply harder Farewell gameplay. Final Goodbye features a very large amount of rooms and subchapters, more than enough to make it the longest Celeste map, as well as a story and several music tracks that comprise all but one track of the D-Sides OST.
